Anyone out roding this weekend? I may be around sunday but may go out with a mate on the road if its all quiet on the epping front...
How is the forest at the moment? Or is it best avoided till spring?

amazingly boggy at the moment and after yesterday's wind plenty of new tree falls. i went for a night ride/reccie last night and all 6 of the trails i did from HB had a new tree across the path, and then on the fire road back there were 3 trees!!!
in truth it is probably best avoiding unless we have a dry week when some parts have a chance to drain.
if anyone ever goes out early for a road session i'd be interested... _________________ that humerus still ain't humorous |

Unfortunatly unable to ride this weekend owing to work commitments, please remember if riding the road, watch out for cars, specially Ongar High Road! See you all soon.

I'll be out for a couple of hours in the morning - leaving from leytonstone around 9.30am. First Ride of the year... feeling achy already
Will be meeting a buddy of mine at the golf course in Chingford about 10am. Will be stickin to bridlepaths mostly as i reckon the forest will be a swamp. Anyone fancy tagging along see you at the underpass about 9.45am - probably won't hang about waiting unless you post a reply for me to. _________________ Never lose faith in the colour of the sky. |

What with the forest being a bog and the unwillingness to bring half the forest into my flat after each ride, Caz, Mick and myself have been giving the road some grief. Great for keeping the legs spinning. So come on...prejudices aside....the road can be good too...
