Both rides leading off 10.00 am bike shed south woodford. Mud tyres not a bad thing to have on now. Anybody coming, let me know or I may just stay in bed!

Mick,
I am definitely riding this weekend and hope to get my mate out as well. If I convince him to come along (he came once before but had to take the easy, short route back, with me as his guide!) we'll be there (underpass, 10:10) on Saturday.
If he wusses out of an 'early' start I won't see you as we'll do our own thing - but I WILL be out in next few weeks as my GF is off to Vancouver for 1 year, giving me endless weekends to fill somehow while she is away.
I've no idea what I can possibly spend my time doing......
...but I could be a stone lighter and 5x fitter by Christmas!!
I'll let you know by Friday evening if I will definitely be there or not.

I'll be out on Saturday...not sure how quick I'll be as the Butt saga is 'rearing' up again. If it holds, then Sunday too. Doc on Monday...this time I'll chop it myself!

| Decided to try riding to work today....butt still holding out...and noticed I've been riding the seat too high. Chopped some off the seatpost and it feels much better.....fingers crossed. |

| I don't think its your fingers you have got to cross, see you Sat, we may have some new female guests from Bovington joining us on Sat, one of them has been on on Epic Greek Holiday (Kate). |

I will be at the underpass at 10:10 later today (Saturday) and I will be on my own on my yellow Kula.
