Saturdays ride will be our normal favorite, as long as I can get back showered, changed and ready for the cup final.
Sunday, as everbody enjoyed are ride via Hainault Forest we will repeat it with a few alterations. As we all appreciated it is tiring so rather than rush it allow getting back between 3-4 pm allowing more structured refreshment stops, plus miss out Bedfords Park to allow time to use or investigate the single track back thru Epping Forest rather than have to use the Bridal Way. Leaving both days 10.00 am lets hope for a dry one.(keep Deb Happy). Thanks for the Pics again Leon. Keep in touch, trip to Wales immenent (one day event), Beastway will soon be upon us. Leving from Bike Shed George Lane E.18.

Dont forget on Sunday we also have some guest riders coming down from my local area. Not sure on numbers yet but at least 4 or 5 hopefully.

I'll do my best for saturday, but got a 60 mile charity ride on the sunday and might need a day off riding on saturday, mind you, the hills to work seem a lot easier now!
And, that's a top bike wash!

Here are two pictures from Sunday's loop of the forest. Thanks for both the fun ride and helping me finish the cupcakes.

On the way home I saw these two symbols painted on the bike lane.. they were less than 25 metres apart on the same stretch of road so I don't understand why they are so different (perhaps age?). I don't get the first bike at all - square wheels, square chainring, no seat tube???

Thanks for the guided ride on Sunday. Tried stuff much more difficult than I would have tried on my own and it didn't kill me so I must be stronger for it. See you again soon, Kieron.
