Hello
Alaric and I will be riding this weekend - yay!
I will be suffering, I haven't ridden for what seems like ages and I seem to have got a bit fat over the Christmas period.
So Saturday and Sunday we will be riding from the car park in Snaresbrook Road at 10am.
Let me know if you can make it.
Em

Slight amendment to the starting place.
We will be starting both rides from the Bike Shed in George Lane, South Woodford.
For those travelling by public transport this is very close to South Woodford Station.
Residents bays in the back streets do not apply on the weekends for those arriving by car.

It's worth noting that, if you're coming by train, you can exit Sth. Woodford Station to either side of George Lane.
If you come out into a dead end road, with the station car park in it, you're on the wrong side.

Okay, we've been out in the forest today (Saturday) and it is damned cold, so if you're coming out Sunday, wrap up warm, and we'll cut the route a bit short so we don't need a tea break - that's where all 3 of us really cooled off today!
It's muddy, but actually riding pretty well, so come on out and work off some of that Christmas turkey!
