After my enforced layoff from a skiing injury will be attempting to make my first return back into the forest. Leaving from Sth Woodford meeting point at 10.00am, all welcome, please post if possible. Please note owing to the lack of fitness this weekends ride will be very cautious.(Nick where are you)
