Sat hopefully, fast full ride, including Loughton loop. Depart 10.00am south woodford, Sundays ride as reqiured, same 10.00 am start. Lets hope it stays reasonably dry, even with the rain last Sunday it was still very warm.
Hope to see more of you soon, new riders welcome. Mike.

Hi Rich - welcome to the forum.
These days it looks like there's a faster ride on Saturdays and a more leisurely ride on Sundays.
Both rides are probably about 25 miles with a stop midway at High Beach for tea/cake/sandwich/burger.

As per Emily's response, it would be better to join us first for a Sunday ride which is normaly a bit calmer, though I would not leave it to long as once the forest gets heavey rainfull it does get difficult to ride. Hope to see you soon, Mike.

Should be moving to Derby sometime before Christmas (job-hunting dependant) but really want to get out in the Forest at least once before then!

Application is in so, with some luck, this time next year I'll be worrying about learning my new local trails....... in Vancouver!

Maybe some practice around the Dales would be useful for moving out there?!

I won't be out this weekend though as visiting family in Southend area and then Swinley on Sunday with a mate...

Enjoy the trails, everyone Very Happy

Big GT

Derby mate there are some great trails round there... once you have scoped them out Id love to go for a spin round Sherwood or the like Smile

I cant make it out this weekend but have been out night riding twice this week and it is mainly dry in the Forest.. i think this weekend could be the last chance for a fairly dry spin this year.. Dont miss out Smile
