Once again will only be riding Sunday, have sailing lesson Sat. Meet outside what was the Bike Shed Shop in George Lane South Woodford for 10.00am. Hope you got your ride in Weds bigguy and didn't damage your new helmet.

Hey guys, I've just arranged to ride with Heales this Sunday, but I might pop along with you lot soon if that's ok. Hopefully see some old friends/faces again.
