Hi Guys/Gals,

I have been tempted to attempt 'suicide by excessive mud miles' by taking part in the above event this weekend. There is a 70km event for the softies (that'll be me then!) and 100km for those with more fitness than sense!

It starts and finishes at the Denham Country Park (see link for details) and heads off outside the M25 around the Chilterns area in between.

Does anyone else fancy joining me as an alternative to the Forest?

If I don't see anyone for a few weeks, you'll know why!!

Cheers,

Gary

Going to do the rough ride instead, the sun always shines on this event.

Still places left for anyone else who fancies it.

hi gary,

glad to see you're giving it a go but you should really push for the 100km Wink

i'll be there around 8.15-8.30 with a couple of Cru guys Matt and Gray - alot of the route is the same so would be great to ride part way with you - we're not planning to blast round (thankfully!!! matt is uncatchable!!!)

see you sunday

Hamish,

YGM!

Not sure which bike I'll be there on yet! Depending on how well my build goes, it could be my Armadillo, my Kula or my new VT!!

What do you recommend for this event? Remember that I'll keep going but my technical skills are not great!

Thanks,

Gary
