Riding the last few weeks in Epping Forest has been really great, routes drying out, sushine, and even been able to step the pace up. Be warned I'm getting fitter.
This Saturday intend to do a normal Forest run leaving the Bike Shed Shop at 10.00 am. Should be back before 2.00pm if no problems.
Sunday ride, as a way of welcoming the beastway to Hainault Forest will be via the river roding out to Loughton, then a short section of road to Hainault Forest, where all being well to do a loop incorporating Havering-atte-Bower before returning if fit enough via Epping Forest ,if not back along the Roding. This should at least give you the feel of what to expect if you decide to take the challenge up of Wednesday night racing. I will be doing as many of the races as possible and it would be nice to be part of a team entry, let me know if you want to join up.

Hello all
going to try and come for both rides this weekend as I'm down in walthamstow for a birthday on saturday. I've really missed epping forest and having people to ride with.
You might remember me as the bloke with a brown kona singlespeed who can't fix a puncture.
See you at the bike shed

Hi All,
I know that I suggested this on the last Bank Holiday weekend and it did not get a great flood of takers (er..me, I think..)
BUT
.
.
Does anyone fancy a ride in the Forest on the Bank Holiday Monday? Or, if you fancy a change, would anyone be prepared to haul out to Swinley for something different?
Just testing the water, either way,
Thanks,
