Had a good ride, forest is really starting to dry out now, just like myself after falling off in the stream on the way back. Glad it was warmer today so dried pretty quick.
Wasnt the only one to have near water experiences, Mukesh had one earlier in the ride, after Mick the Brick showed the correct way to ride the stream crossing.
Respect to Leon for riding his manual Kona, was interesting to see him get off the bike and change gear by hand when required.
Was a good fast ride of about 24 miles with an average speed of about 7.4 miles per hour.
Did all the usual stuff plus a bit around the Robin Hood pub on way to tea hut.
Saw a couple of women cycle policewoman pushing their very clean bikes up from the motorbike tea hut towards the tea hut we use.
All in all a good ride!!!
