After riding both days last weekend the mud tyres are now coming off. The conditions have certainly improved and yesterday (Sunday) was enjoyable. Come and join us, its not that cold. Honest! Meeting Bike Shed Geoge Lane South Woodford E.18. 10.00 AM Both Days. See you there.
As a p.s. Dan can you please slow down.

Hi, I would like to add to Mike has stated about the conditions in the forest.
It was pretty dry and the ground in most of the route is fairly hard. If it does not rain this week then the mud tyres would definately need to come off. The weather on both days was glorious. I hopeto ride both days again but may have to miss Saturday for a family funeral. |

| You may not remotely care that I've not been out for a while, but the good news is my foot is almost up for a hammering again. I'll be putting it through it's paces for a week boarding and hope to back on the bike in April. Glad the mud's clearing and I've got away without having to buy some mud tyres for a second year running. |

Great ride last weekend Gents i thoroughly enjoyed it; nice and sunny and the ground was hard and dry - however its currently raining so may be a premature departure from the mud tyres! I'm out of town tomorrow and may not be able to do sunday as its mothers day - our first so unless i keep the ride very short & sweet i'll be in big trouble.
Will update tomorrow so i don't keep you hanging about the bike shed waiting for me. Cheers |
