Riding Sat/Sun 16/17 June.Will only be riding this Saturday, 10.00 am start, just have to catch up on things B4 going to Greece.
Have to say last Sundays ride was quite awesome, after a fast run to the tea hut Dan the Man sugested a further loop North on the Loughton side, not being to familiar with the route it just meant we all had to keep up, which myself, mukesh & tonto would not really have pushed it that hard but had no option, of course Mick the Brick was quite happy with the pace, though once again I managed to stay infront of him along the Snaresbrook swosh. Bestway yesterday was again brilliant, nice to see Vicky observing with her camera, look forward to seeing the pics.

I'm just going to bed so will not be at Epping tomorrow.
Probably getting some riding in though, possibly Seymore, Deep Cove or some other part of West Vancouver or the North Shore.

Don't feel bad for being smug...
I got up and went for a run along the beach whilst the sun came up this morning - bloody lovely.
