aloha..... again.hello to all who can remember me.
it was october 06 when i last had the pleasure of an epping forest epic.
since then i have had to rewire ,replumb and nearly every other diy task in my new flat.
I also had the dreaded anteroir cruciate ligament reconstruction in may.
which is not as bad as the footballers make out,i was on a bike after 4 weeks and off road after 8! don't tell mysurgeon  .
so after building my fitness(ish) levels in the lake district i headed off to the forest last saturday,half hoping to bump into mick and co.
And so I did! hurrah.
i hope to be joining you all from the defunct bikeshed very soon.
(had hoped ths sat/sun but i've got to work  ,
bank holiday monday anyone??)

Re StrangerNice too see you again Jason, all the best with the recovery back to your full fitness so we can at least give Mick the Brick a bit of competion. Hope to be riding all three days of the bank holiday weekend, if my body holds out. So may see you monday. Will post up riding thurs.
