Who's who?Ok so having recently started riding with u friendly lot, I thought it might be an idea to have a thread where everyone says who they are on the forum so we can recognise each other when we meet up... cos I have been having trouble working out who is who on the forum....
So here goes with me.

Location = Cricklewood
Usually rides = Weekends (well, Sundays really (twice!)) Also commute during week (doesn't count but shows I am not that lazy really!).
Special Powers = Squeaky seatpost (now bent and replaced!); actually like climbing!; constant loud belching during rides
Special Weakness = anything involving drops/jumps!!

hello all .
I've been absent for a month.
back this weekend either sat/sun (tbc).
did the south downs way last week , awesome , don't let anyone tell ya that there aren't any hills in the south!
me legs have just gotten feeling back in them!

I used to ride regularly in Epping Forest with Mike, Mukesh and the others until Em and I move to Greece earlier this year to run mountain bike holidays.
We expect to be back over the winter, so we'll meet a few more of the new faces then, hopefully!

Hi There, its been a very long 5 weeks now, of recouping from a broken collar-bone .. Itching to get back on the bike and throw myself down the dammed slope that caused it again....

Special Powers = Now fully able to use my left arm for every thing, since my others being repaired......
Special Weakness = Looking at bike thinking bloody bone's who need's em ... Plus cleaning it down to bear metal in the last 5 weeks.....

hi all,
Forum Name = Hamster, formerly hambones brokenbones (smashed up shoulder/humerus after falling off the bike - it was a huge 30ft drop off honest!!!)

Bike = Merida Matt series (also known as The Barge - stupidly heavy for a HT and almost impossible to steer round tight bends! infact a rubbish bike but hey ho)
Location = Waltham Abbey
Usually ride up to High Beach from the Abbey - often out with a group who start up there at 7.30am (need special permission for late starts if you can call 10am late LOL!)
Special Powers = Have to ride the forest in the big ring (on account of the derailleur not working!)
Special Weakness = thinking i'm going quite fast uphill only to discover people walking are quicker!!
