introHi to everyone!
It appears that another Greek just joined the forum. My name is Alexandros, in Greece I go by the nickname "sulpikios" but in the UK it doesn't make any sense so I ditched it
My wonderful sister Christina sent me my bike (a plain Ideal hardtail) which I received 5 hours ago, re-assembled and now can't wait to ride!
I hope to get the bike tuned this weekend (I didn't properly reassemble the headset I think - something doesn't feel right) and be ready for some riding by next week(end).
I live in west London (Kensington) - can anyone suggest a good bike shop around my neck of the woods for servicing/gear?
Hope to meet you soon on a ride!
Alex

For want of a better option Alex, there's an Evans Cycles in Fulham.

They have a good range of stuff. I don't know about their service, it varies between shops.

After calling Swim-Bike-Run in Fulham and getting the "£35 and in 5 days if you're lucky pal" attitude, I took it to West Ken Bikes (intersection of N.End Road & Lillie Road) and had the headset serviced for £15. Seems to be alright now... we'll see how it rides in the mud I guess!
Thanks for the kind comments and suggestions, hope to start meeting people this weekend!
