Hello all.
t'other week ,
in the forest we bumped into a fella called raoul ( singlespeed )
He very kindly offered to show us a route around the north downs.
Anyway I have been in touch with him and he has suggested saturday 5 july 20 as a date.
the plan would be to meet at dorking station @ 10.15 a.m.
I'm going. if anyone else is interested .....there you go.
regards,
Jason. |

Hello there
I'm always up for a spin somewhere new. Count me in. THere is an Evans Ride this weekend (27th June) in the Surry Hills. I did the last one a couple of weeks ago and it was very good. Check out their web site.

cool.
as far as I am aware it is still on for the 5 july.
I will mail raoul early next week to double confirm.
he told me to expect to ride from 5-6 hours at a steady pace.
i'm no spring chicken you know!
I really fancied the evans ride , but i have to work.
The £10 i save can be put to good use for cake the week after.

Hi Jason
I will be riding a burnt orange Kona Kikapu Deluxe. I am trying to persuade Pete to come along. We'll see how it goes after Beastway tonight. I'm aiming to be there, at any rate.
Cheers

Oh yay..oh yay..I am indeed planning on riding the Saturday. Been off the bike for a couple of weeks so a bit of stretching needed me thinks. Be good to see you after all this time Senor, send me your mobile no in a personal message doobie and we can forwarn if we get hideously lost....I'll be on the black nondescript Specialized.
