Long time no post, hope to be down Hogg Hill this Sunday about 11.30 am, Tried it last week, good fun, certainly makes a change from the mud. Anybody up to join me, can be fun if you add alittle competitive edge to it.Also do nice tea and cakes plus showers, costs £3.50 . Check their website for details, hope to see you there.  Mike.

Definatly MTB, and don't derate it, its not bad, and a lot nearer than Wales and they speak English!
