Hi there - sorry for dissappearing this last week. My excuses are as follows:
1. The week straight after our ride, I spent recuperating (back hurt etc).
2. The next week, our beloved BT decided to cut off my line and I have had no phone/net access since.
This (long) weekend we're planning to do a (auto) roadtrip to... somewhere (we're big planners), so I most likely won't be able to join you.
But, I did get the gears of the old Safari serviced, and now it flies!
Have fun all, see you next week!

Saturdays ride great, six riders+ fast ride. Sunshine!
Unfortunatly weather forecast for Sunday looks pretty dismal with rain all day. If thats the case will not be out, just hope monday is better though again the forecast is poor, well what do you expect for bank holliday.
Cheers to all Mike. |

I'll be riding tomorrow. Its the only day I can ride, so I'll just have to deal with the rain if it arrives. Anyone else still riding if it rains?
I wish I had ridden today, but I went to see the Quashquai Challenge, didn't get to see much and ended up going to the Tate a bit with the missus. I have realized why I ride bikes and don't paint! Borrrrrrrring..... |

| Owing to poor weather, rain & mud will not be riding monday, also getting older has something to do with it. Hopefully weather will get better after the holiday and I will be out again biking soon. See I told you, you should have been out Saturday, I know its an old saying, but what a difference a day can make! |

Sunday in the forest was fun . Plenty of mud and water, was just Bigguy and myself out, did some of the route up to Bunkers tea hut, we were the first customer at 11.15 and they opened at 9!!! Guess the forest was quiet today.
Some of the standing water was very deep, even to walk through. Out again on Monday for more of the same, if I can get everything dry.
Other than been very wet no incidents _________________ Specalized Rockhopper Pro Disc 2006
