Once again I will be taking both rides at 10.00 am from the bike shed shop in George Lane South Woodford, getting back about 2pm depending on mud, punctures & route, Mukesh along with others now carrying an injury, damaged digit so he won't be riding. Forest still very good riding to be had this late on in the year as those who took advantage to come out last weekend would agree. I think we had 10 riders out Sunday, but it would be nice to see a few more people out on Saturday. All those who peel off before the end of the ride miss the highlight , the Snaresbrook Swoosh. For details speak to Mick the Brick or Dan the Man.

Hello...Not sure how this weekend will pan out just yet. Ideally I'd like to do both days but not sure if that'll happen as yet. But def on for Sunday. Doubt I'll be any quicker though.

No go today I'm afraid...Gonna stay off the bike this weekend in an attempt to overcome the ropey legs. Enjoy.
