The first TrailTrax mountain bike orienteering event of this season gets under way on Sunday 6 April 2008 at a new venue, Wellington College Sports Club in Crowthorne, Berkshire. It is a delightful setting and gives great access to the local area of the Blackwater Valley. There are plenty of categories to suit all ages and abilities, solo or pairs, male or female, experts to families. A full event listing for the year including venues with postcodes, plus details of how to take part, can be found at www.gorrick.com.
You can enter ONLINE now, as pre entries will close on Wednesday but, as with all Gorrick events, you will be able to enter on the day.
Start times are from 8.45 to 10.30 for the 3 hour event and from 10 to 11 am for the easier 2 hour schedule. Once again we are delighted that Mountain Trax will be providing the fantastic prizes for this years events - you can check them out at their new shop, details at www.mountain-trax.com.
