| Just wanted to know how easy it is to switch pedals around? I'm thinking of going clipless but I want to keep my flats for riding to college in the mornings, so I don't have to carry an extra pair of shoes. Is it a 2-minute or a 30-minute job? |

never done it but its a 2 minute job.
you can also get half pedals, one side are clipless the other flats or pedals that have cages around the clipless part that can be ridden with any shoe

it just takes an alan key or a spanner depending on your pedals.
Just remember the drive side is a normal thread (righty tighty) and the left side is a reversed thread. _________________ it's all good in the wood! |

| Thanks guys. One more question, is it best to buy cycling shoes from a shop or is it generally safe to buy online? Seeing as I don't plan on walking around in them much. |

If you wanna try a pair of clips let me know. I have a pair of time that I don't use. You are welcome to borrow them and decide whether they are for you or not.
No shoes, but I thought it might help to get you half way there.
